There are prejudicial attitudes related to leadership that affect people based on gender. Overall, the fact that it appears is that executive positions and technical jobs that the representation of women is at a low level. Also, even if women apply for various jobs, there is less chance of being called for interviews. For example, even if women apply for job opportunities for a distribution business, the ability to hire them is at a minimum level. By conducting counseling programs, training programs and other development programs, it is possible to give priority to gender equality in the work environment and achieve those goals.
